A huge well done to the KS3 and KS4 football teams who secured fantastic wins over Ladybridge on Wednesday night. This was the first game of the year for both teams and they did not disappoint!
The Year 7 & Year 8 team managed a brilliant 6-2 victory over Ladybridge with some fantastic play in the middle from Khadija V and Talia D who scored 5 goals between them. Hollie K also had a great game, dominating the left wing from start to finish and topping her performance with a goal. A brilliant performance from the girls!
The KS4 team also had a great performance. Goals from Fatima U (5), Grace G (3) and Cherie U (1) secured the team a 9-1 win. Mariya P was a safe pair of hands in net and Izzy F controlled the game in central midfield excellently . A great night for both teams, well done girls!
Both teams will be up against BSCA next Thursday at home.
