On Thursday this week, our Year 10 students had an assembly to plan the next few weeks of work and preparation for their GCSEs. Miss Webster took the opportunity to thank and congratulate the students on their recent successful work experience and also the Animal Care GCSE results which have been received and were fantastic!
It was also an opportunity to congratulate 9 students on their successful trial to gain gold tie status! The students have been carrying out break and lunch duties, attending after school events to help and of course working hard in lessons.
The best part of the awarding of the ties was when Miss Webster followed the current guidance on not shaking hands and congratulated each new school leader with an elbow bump!
