It has been a brilliant start to the term for our netballers. We have seen plenty of fixtures for all of our squads and it is evident that improvements are being made across all year groups. It is fantastic to see the Year 7 squad growing in numbers each week in addition to their increase in confidence; they have been giving the Year 8s a run for their money in training matches on a Tuesday! Year 9s have had a busy half term with matches being played across the borough where they have demonstrated some brilliant and competitive netball. Our Year 10 & 11 team have also played their first match of the academic year. Even with limited training, they played some great netball with hopefully a few more fixtures to come before the summer term. Well done, girls. More of the same next half term!
